Mental Health Awareness week

We are promoting Mental Health Awareness week – 11 to 15 May 2015 by raising awareness of the 5 ways to wellbeing:

Get Active, Stay Connected, Take Notice, Giving and Learning

and in the spirit of learning we are running the Mental Health First Aid training at our centre in Stevenage on Monday and Tuesday 11 and 12 May for more details please see the poster.
