Mind in Mid Herts offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver a six week course to any organisation in the St. Albans City and District Council area that focuses on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. The course aims to engage people to discover new ways of approaching everyday life that have a strong effect on their emotional and physical wellbeing. Additionally, it provides a lot of information about the community services within this area and support people to find volunteering opportunities.
