Five Ways to Wellbeing

This FREE four part course is ideal for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life. Using the 5 Way to Wellbeing – Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice and Give – you will learn how these can be used in your daily life. The course will help you to look at the things you do already, explore how you can build on these as well as learn new techniques, help you to plan ahead and be more in control of the ups and downs of daily life.
Our courses are designed and delivered by people who have experience of overcoming difficulties or life events, and this expert knowledge forms part of our core curriculum.
