Mind in Mid Herts would like to say a massive thank you to Stephen Burn from @SBPTF who came into the office to run a fun and engaging workout at our Staff Wellbeing Day.

We know that we have to be physically active to look after our bodies and this is one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing, beneficial for both our mental health and emotional wellbeing too.
