Cognitive Behavioural Therapy on Computer (CCBT)  is available at the Wellbeing Centre, Stevenage, the Welwyn  Garden City and Hertford centres/offices.

The programme Fear Fighter is 9 ‘steps’ taking approximately 1 hour each, which you are recommended to complete over 9 weeks. This gives you time between sessions to try out the ideas. The programme is designed to help people with stress, worry and anxiety.

We meet with you to explain the programme, ascertain if it is appropriate and register you. After that you can access FearFighter on any computer with internet connectivity. You can use the computers at the Mind in Mid Herts centres if you wish.
