Wellbeing Recovery Group

This course is all about mastering your moods. They could be anxiety, depression, irritability and/or anger to name but a few.  The group provides weekly sessions lasting an hour or so, in which you can hear really good information about emotional and physical health. Sessions are designed to be interesting and relevant, and they are meant to be fun too. You do not have to have emotional problems to come. If you go to a gym you’ll find that many of the people there are already very fit, while others are working on it. MoodMaster is rather like that. You can bring a friend or join by yourself.
