New Football Session in St Albans

Following the success of our Get Set to Go project in Stevenage, we are pleased to announce the start of football sessions in St Albans!

Delivered in partnership with St Albans City Youth FC, these sessions will be a weekly, fun and relaxed, game of football for anyone wanting to improve their mental health.

Here are the details:

They will be for people aged 18+
They will take place on Thursdays at 7 – 8pm
The location is Nicholas Breakspear School, Colney Heath Lane, AL4 0TT
