Time to Talk Day 2025: Join Us in the Conversation
It’s Time to Talk Day on Thursday, 6 February 2025—the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. This annual event encourages everyone to get comfortable and start talking about mental health. Talking openly and honestly can reduce stigma, empower us to seek help when we need it, and pave the way towards better mental health for all.
At Mind in Mid Herts, we’re opening our doors to provide a welcoming space where you can connect, chat, and learn more about the support we offer in your community.
Visit Our Wellbeing Centres
Come along, have a chat, enjoy a cup of tea, and hear about the work we’re doing to support mental health.
- Stevenage & Hertford Wellbeing Centres: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
- St Albans Wellbeing Centre: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Whether you’re stopping by to share your story, ask for support, or simply enjoy a warm drink and a friendly chat, we’d love to see you.
Why Time to Talk Day Matters
Opening up about how we’re feeling can sometimes be uncomfortable, but it’s an important step towards breaking down barriers and creating a society where mental health conversations are normal and stigma-free.
Time to Talk Day helps friends, families, communities, and workplaces across the UK to have millions of conversations about mental health each year.
This event is brought to you by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness in partnership with Co-op, and delivered by See Me with SAMH in Scotland, Inspire in Northern Ireland, and Time to Change Wales.
Get Involved Your Way
There’s no right or wrong way to check in with someone or start a conversation about mental health. Here are a few ideas:
- Text a friend to see how they’re doing
